Shipping Information

For credit card payments, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation and security checks by our bank.
For bank transfers (EFT), orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after the payment is received in our account.

Deliveries are made to addresses within the service areas of the contracted courier company.
If your location is outside their delivery zone, the package will be sent to the nearest branch, and you will be notified by phone.

Return Policy

All sales made through our website are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Selling Regulation of the Republic of Türkiye.

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • You must contact us in advance via our contact channels before sending any product for return.
    Products sent without prior notification will be returned to the sender.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product and its original packaging are unopened, undamaged, and unused within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Items with torn labels, opened vacuum seals, or removed packaging will not be accepted.

  • Products that have been used or worn cannot be returned under any circumstances.

If a product is defective or faulty, the customer may report it within 30 days of delivery.
According to the Consumer Protection Law (Article 4), defective goods include items that do not meet the features stated in their promotion or fail to provide expected benefits due to material, legal, or economic defects.

In such cases, the customer has the right to:

  • Return the product for a refund

  • Request a free replacement

  • Request a repair free of charge

  • Or receive a price reduction

Defective product evaluations are conducted by the importer or manufacturer.
If user misuse is detected, these rights do not apply.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 8 of the Distance Selling Regulation, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days after receiving the product, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalties.

To use this right, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Bank Transfer / EFT Payments

You may also make payments via bank transfer to our provided account numbers.
After completing the transfer, please notify us using the bank transfer confirmation form on our website.

Orders that are not paid within 3 business days after being placed will be automatically cancelled.
